QPS is pleased to introduce the Payroll Clarity Platform, a new feature designed to provide recruitment agencies with greater visibility of contractor payroll compliance.
Developed in partnership with MDA, the platform gives agencies secure access to key payroll data linked to their organisation, helping them better understand their contractor payroll obligations and demonstrate due diligence across their supply chain.
The launch comes at a time when compliance transparency is becoming increasingly important for recruitment agencies. With upcoming umbrella legislation introducing Joint and Several Liability, agencies are under greater pressure to ensure they have clear oversight of how contractor payroll is managed.
The Payroll Clarity Platform addresses this by providing agencies with a secure online dashboard that updates in real time whenever payroll is finalised.

Through the platform, agencies can access:
PAYE and National Insurance totals for their workers
tax liabilities summarised by Tax Month
real-time payroll updates
downloadable payslips for workers linked to their organisation
This information provides agencies with a clear, auditable view of their payroll obligations without the need to interpret raw payroll data or request manual reports.
The platform also incorporates permission-based access controls, ensuring users only see information relevant to the workers and branches they manage. Every login is secured with a one-time password, helping to maintain strong security as organisations grow or staff change.
By giving agencies direct visibility of payroll compliance information, the Payroll Clarity Platform helps reduce administrative queries, streamline reporting, and provide consistent compliance evidence when required by clients or regulators.
The Payroll Clarity Platform is now available to QPS clients.
Recruitment agencies interested in learning more about the platform or seeing how it works can contact the QPS team for further information.
