His visionary leadership positions QPS as a trusted, end-to-end solution for global workforce needs.

Dan Newham

Sales and Operations Manager

Dan began his career in financial sales in the banking sector and has since built over a decade of experience in the Umbrella Payroll industry at companies like Parasol and Big Fish before joining QPS in October 24. He has worked across all levels of the sales process, from telephone sales to team management and CRM development. Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and young children, is a season ticket holder at Nottingham Forest, and loves films and good food.

With over fourteen years of experience in business development, Jess is passionate about building long-lasting relationships with her clients and delivering exceptional customer service. As a Senior Business Development Manager, Jess is committed to providing the best solutions, ensuring compliance and satisfaction.

“I’m a problem solver by nature and take pride in delivering solutions and results. I thoroughly enjoy understanding a clients need; interpreting that need and providing the highest level of resource to solve that problem. I also manage and maintain a portfolio of accounts and provide ongoing support and guidance.

“The best things in life are not things”.  Much like my work, outside of the office you will find me in my element around people – amongst crowds at music and sporting events to travelling to the world making new connections along the way.”

After a long career in Banking, Chris moved into the Umbrella / CIS industry almost 11 years ago and has built strong long term relationships with a large number of recruitment agencies and amazing people during that time. The industry is ever evolving and Chris strives to offer a best in class service whilst looking for ways to innovate and offer market leading solutions and technology to assist growth and reduce costs for businesses he works with now and in the future.

Amy Hanson

Senior Business Development Manager

Amy is a Senior Business Development Manager within QPS specialising in creating new recruitment agency partnerships by supporting their temporary contractor’s payroll as well as providing growth supporting products to the agency.

Amy has worked in the umbrella and recruitment space for 5 years, with experience as a Recruitment Consultant, SAS Sales Manager and Umbrella Development Manager.

Amy’s passion is business consultancy and identifying where we can provide value, benefit and revenue opportunities for our clients to enable them to achieve supported growth and unlock new business expansions.

However, most people will just know her for her puppy bungle, who she shamelessly uses for LinkedIn attraction! That being said, she wouldn’t recommend him for any financial help!

Matthew Ryan
Matthew Ryan

Lead Accountant

Matt has been working in the accounting industry for over 14 years dealing with a variety of companies and complex matters. As lead accountant Matt will be responsible for the all things accountancy from year end accounts, corporation tax returns, VAT and payroll amongst other things. Matt’s favourite part of the role is helping new company director’s navigate their responsibilities and helping them to take advantage of tax efficiencies. He is an outgoing and forward thinking accountant who prefers a hands on approach by developing strong relationships with clients.

Outside of work Matt is an avid football fan and will be more than happy to discuss with you how good Liverpool are.

Damien has over 10 years of consultative and solution based sales experience which has resulted in a deep understanding of new business and technical sales. Damien pride himself in his ability to build strong relationships which enable growth with any client enabling there business to grow, maximise revenue and utilise the mechanisms and options available.

Outside of work, Sean is passionate about sports and is always up for a round of golf, enjoying the balance of competition and relaxation it brings.

Tuesday heads up the account management department here at QPS. Tuesday is the go to for our client accounts, and one day is never the same for her as she can often be found up & down the UK visiting our clients and if she isn’t on the road, she is in our head office overseeing the teams.

Anna has been the backbone of our payroll team for over 5 years, originally starting off as a payroll officer she now runs the payroll department. Known for her calm composure she has become a steady hand in the team.

Natasha has worked across both registrations and payroll so has a good understanding of all aspects of the business. Natasha has now been with the payroll side of the business for 3 years and focuses on payments for our umbrella workers.

Payroll Officer

Abby has worked at QPS since early 2018 starting off in the registrations team. Abby has worked my way through different areas within the business and is now working in payroll alongside Anna and Natasha. Outside of work Abby spends a lot of time with her family and friends including her daughter Teddy-Mae who is a mini version of her!
