Junior Data Analyst Apprenticeship

As a Data Apprentice, you will support the business by working with company data to help maintain accurate records, assist with reporting, and contribute to analysing information that helps teams make informed decisions. You will gain hands-on experience using business systems, supporting data management processes, and producing reports while developing key data and analytical skills in a supportive and growing organisation. You will work towards your Level 3 Data and Business insights apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

·       Processing contracts and onboarding documentation within Zoho CRM

·       Reviewing and validating identification and compliance documentation

·       Maintaining accurate lead and client records, including data cleansing and correct lifecycle management

·        Working with Sales, Payroll and Compliance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy

·       Extracting and reviewing operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement

·       Producing internal performance reports and supporting reporting improvements

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

·       £15,600 per annum

·       Monday to Friday 8:30am till 5:00pm

·       Hybrid working week 3 days from the office 2 days from home

·       One additional day of holiday for each completed year of service.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

·       Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.

·       Confident with technology and quick to learn new software or systems.

·       Organised and able to manage tasks and workload effectively.

·       Clear and professional communication skills.

·       Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and develop new skills.

·       Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

·       Experience or familiarity with CRM systems.

·       Interest in data analysis, reporting, and working with business insights.

·       Awareness of how operational processes can affect overall business performance

A minimum of Grade 4 in Maths and Grade 4 in English is required
