1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions explain how the QPS Group referral scheme works. They set out the eligibility criteria and the process for issuing referral rewards. The scheme is operated solely at QPS Group’s discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

2. Definitions

Unless stated otherwise, the following terms apply throughout:

• QPS Group: Refers to Quest Pay Solutions NE Ltd and any of its trading divisions.
• Referrer: A current QPS Group umbrella worker or accountancy client who refers another individual to join QPS.
• Referred: The individual being referred to QPS Group by the Referrer.
• Reward: The cash incentive paid to both the Referrer and Referred once the eligibility conditions have been met.

3.Overview of the Scheme

QPS Group welcomes referrals from our current umbrella workers and accountancy clients. When you successfully refer someone to QPS and they begin using our services, you both become eligible for a reward. This scheme applies to referrals into both our umbrella employment and accountancy services.

4. Eligibility Criteria

4.1 For a referral to qualify for a reward:

• The Referred must clearly state they were referred by the Referrer at the time of onboarding, and the Referrer must provide QPS with their contact details via the QPS referral page or by email to [email protected].
• The Referred must not have worked through QPS or used our services previously.
• The Referred must:
  • If joining via umbrella: complete five consecutive weeks of paid work through QPS, during which we have received their pay from the recruitment agency or client.
  • If joining our accountancy service: formally engage QPS and make their first full month’s payment without discount.
• The Referrer must:
  • If employed via QPS Umbrella or CIS: be actively working at the time of the fifth week payment and have a live record in place.
  • If using QPS accountancy services: be up to date on accountancy fees and still actively engaged with QPS Group.

5. Referral Rewards and Increasing Payouts

• The first successful referral earns both the Referrer and the Referred £50 each.
• For every additional successful referral in a rolling six months, the Referrer’s reward increases by £5 per referral, up to a maximum of £75 per referral.

Example:

• 1st referral: £50
• 2nd referral: £55
• 3rd referral: £60
• 4th referral: £65
• 5th referral: £70
• 6th and beyond: £75 per referral

Unless agreed otherwise, the Referred will always receive £50 regardless of which number referral they are.

6. Exclusions

QPS Group reserves the right not to issue a reward in the following circumstances:

• The referral was already registered with QPS or has used our services in the past.
• The referral was introduced via a recruitment agency or another third party.
• The referral was made after onboarding began or without the Referred’s consent.
• The Referrer and Referred are the same person.
• The referral is not eligible under QPS’s internal compliance policies.

QPS’s decision on any exclusions or disputes will be final.

7. Reward Payment

Referral rewards are issued once all eligibility criteria have been met and the Referred has completed five full paid weeks with QPS.

Umbrella workers will receive their reward as a bonus on their payslip, subject to usual deductions.

• Accountancy clients will have the reward paid into their business bank account.
• There is no cash or non-cash alternative to the stated reward.

8. Data Protection

The Referrer must have permission from the Referred to share their personal information. By submitting a referral, both parties consent to QPS Group contacting the Referred by phone, SMS or email regarding the scheme and our services. 9. Disputes or Complaints

Any questions or complaints should be directed to our Operations Team at [email protected]. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 10 working days.

10. General

• The scheme is only open to UK residents aged 16 or over who can legally engage in contract work.
• QPS Group may change or withdraw this scheme at any time and without notice.
• These terms represent the full agreement regarding the referral scheme and override any previous discussions or communications.
• This scheme is governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By submitting a referral, both the Referrer and Referred acknowledge they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
