Your Role

As an Onboarding Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our client journey, ensuring a seamless transition to our services. Working with warm leads – whether it’s over the phone, live chat, or WhatsApp – you’ll build relationships, manage pipelines, and convert opportunities into satisfied, long-term clients. This is a target-driven role perfect for confident communicators who excel at closing deals while delivering top-notch customer service.

What you’ll do:

Engage and convert: You’ll work with warm inbound and outbound leads from agencies and direct clients. You’ll be expected to be a warm, convincing point of contact that makes the contractor want to choose us out of a list of similar options.
Build relationships: Guide clients through their onboarding journey from first contact to being registered with a personable and professional approach.
Hit targets: Meet and exceed monthly joiner and conversion goals.
Stay organised: Attention to detail is critical. Maintaining detailed and accurate records of client interactions in our Zoho CRM is central to success.

What you’ll bring:

Sales expertise: A proven track record in telephone sales is essential.
Industry know-how: Experience in the Umbrella Payroll and CIS fields would be a major advantage.
Confidence on the phone: A calm, professional demeanour and the ability to communicate effectively.
Hard-work: Call volumes will fluctuate from day-to-day. Some days requiring only an hour of calls and others demanding three to four. We are looking for a professional who can consistently bring enthusiasm, focus, and energy to every call, regardless of the volume.
Attention to detail: Pipeline management is crucial, strong organisational skills to manage your workload is paramount to success.

Competitive salary: We offer a starting salary between £24,000 and £27,000 based on experience plus a healthy commission structure.
Holiday: We offer 24 days holiday plus your birthday and bank holidays. Your allowance increases by one day every full woking year.
